Down Goes The Center for Reclaiming America . . . Yay!

The Center for Reclaiming America (http://www.reclaimamerica.org/), an anti-gay, pro-hate fundie organization based in Fort Lauderdale is closing it's door. Hooray!!

I am actually on that e-mail list, due to my curiosity of fundie madness. I guess I will no longer get e-mails about how I can help "reclaim" the country. That's a shame, except that it's not.

"Historian Randall Balmer of Barnard College, New York, said the religious right may be retrenching. "There is some evidence of a shifting of priorities by society," said Balmer, author of Thy Kingdom Come: How the Religious Right Distorts the Faith and Threatens America."

One can only hope. . .

And how do I not have this book yet??
